Safety Protocols
Sassy Paws Pet Styles salons are a mask required business in compliance with the current state legislation. Sassy Paws is striving to provide a safe and sanity salon for you and your pet. Along with regular cleaning and sanitizing we have also put the following procedure in place for added safety.
- When arriving for your appointment please park in the designated “Pick Up and Drop Off” parking spots if available.
- After your pet is safely leashed or crated please head on into the salon if the lobby is empty. If there is currently a client in the lobby please wait outside or in your car until the lobby is free.
- Watch your step entering the salon
- Ounce inside you can walk your pup into the gated area of the lobby and remove all collars and leashes to take out with you.
- If you will not be picking up your pet please ask for a bag and we will have you place your pet’s belongings inside.
- One of our team members will be available to chat through our interior door or window to discuss the details of your pups appointment.
- Fifteen to twenty minutes before your pet is done we will reach out to give you the pick up time and cost for the services provided. You may specify if you would prefer to be called or sent a text and may also ask for rebooking.
- Please note, we are currently accepting Cash, Check or Venmo for payments.
- When you arrive for your appointment please have your payment ready and place it inside the provided bag on the counter. We will bring your pup back into the gated area where you may step in to leash your pup before exiting.
If you or anyone in your household hasn’t been feeling well and is showing symptoms of Covid-19 or the Flu please do your part to keep us all safe and reschedule your appointment.
